Job summary

Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai is seeking an Executive - Learning & Development to drive property-level training programs. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate courses, and support delivery of L&D initiatives across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in L&D within hospitality, strong facilitation, and proficiency with learning platforms such as Axonify, Adobe, and SurveyMonkey. Hybrid local? The position offers UAE-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required; Bachelor’s in Hotel Management desirable.
• 3–5+ years in Learning & Development or training, hospitality preferred.
• Group Trainer qualification desirable with strong facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and learning platforms such as Axonify, Adobe, SurveyMonkey.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage property-level L&D admin and support delivery of initiatives.
• Provide L&D support, coordinating training activities and basic requests.
• Create/manage property-specific courses and maintain training records.
• Support needs analysis, audits, data collection and action planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and training providers; maintain vendor relations.
• Stay updated on L&D trends and ensure policy and HSE compliance.
