Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai is seeking an Executive - Learning & Development to drive property-level training programs. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate courses, and support delivery of L&D initiatives across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in L&D within hospitality, strong facilitation, and proficiency with learning platforms such as Axonify, Adobe, and SurveyMonkey. Hybrid local? The position offers UAE-based opportunities.

Qualifications

High School Graduate required; Bachelor’s in Hotel Management desirable.
3–5+ years in Learning & Development or training, hospitality preferred.
Group Trainer qualification desirable with strong facilitation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and learning platforms such as Axonify, Adobe, SurveyMonkey.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage property-level L&D admin and support delivery of initiatives.
Provide L&D support, coordinating training activities and basic requests.
Create/manage property-specific courses and maintain training records.
Support needs analysis, audits, data collection and action planning.
Coordinate with stakeholders and training providers; maintain vendor relations.
Stay updated on L&D trends and ensure policy and HSE compliance.

About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive - L&D from September 2026 onwards:

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Manage all property-level Learning & Development administrative activities and support the delivery of L&D initiatives across departments.
Provide L&D support to all colleagues, coordinating and scheduling training activities and addressing basic requests related to Oracle Tahweel, Axonify, and other learning systems.
Create and manage property-specific courses, maintain accurate training records, and track learning activities and completion.
Support Learning Needs Analysis, Learning Audits, data collection, analysis, and action planning to identify and address development needs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers, maintaining effective vendor relationships and supporting property-specific training requirements.
Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices while ensuring compliance with company policies, HSE processes, grooming standards, and L&D SOPs.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

High School Graduate required; Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field is desirable.
3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Valid Group Trainer/Team Trainer qualification is desirable, with strong facilitation and training skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, with exposure to Axonify, Adobe, SurveyMonkey, QR Code Generator, and other learning platforms.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively at all levels, interpret data, and demonstrate a professional, growth-oriented mindset.
