Jumeirah Living World Trade Center is seeking a Senior Executive in Learning and Development to lead training initiatives across our luxury property portfolio. Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in Hospitality, HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience in hospitality and guest-facing departments.
• Experience in Learning and Development, including admin coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in diverse workforce and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan Monthly and Annual Training Calendar and run Trainers Meetings.
• Verify training records and prepare hours reports and Trainers Bonus Summary.
• Brief new colleagues on training matters using Induction checklist.
• Facilitate group training programs aligned with the Jumeirah Vision.
• Ensure SOP standards are followed in all training activities.
