Job summary

Jumeirah Living World Trade Center is seeking a Senior Executive in Learning and Development to shape the training calendar and deliver programs that align with the Jumeirah Vision. You will collaborate with departmental trainers, coordinate induction briefs, and ensure records accuracy in a luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Hospitality, HR, or L&D, with proven L&D experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in Hospitality, Human Resources, Learning & Development or related discipline.
• Hospitality industry experience, preferably guest-facing departments such as Front Office, F&B, Sales, HR exposure.
• Experience in Learning and Development, including administrative coordination and day-to-day operational support.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan Monthly & Annual Training Calendar and facilitate Departmental Trainers Meeting.
• Verify Monthly Training Records and prepare Summary of Training Hours; submit Trainers Bonus Summary monthly.
• Brief new colleagues on training matters following Induction checklist.
• Facilitate group training courses to meet identified training needs and support Jumeirah Vision.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental standards.
