Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development or training experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Axonify, Adobe tools, SurveyMonkey, and QR Code applications.
• Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels within the property.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and analysis of training content for the property.
• Manage Learning & Development administration including scheduling, reporting, data analysis, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate all training activities and ensure accurate tracking in Oracle Tahweel.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and support Learning Audit activities across departments.
• Provide organisational support for training events, workshops, and internal learning sessions.
