Job summary

Jumeirah Group invites a Manager – Learning and Development to drive global L&D strategy across its luxury properties. You will partner with corporate and property teams to deliver standardized programs, measure ROI, and ensure high-impact learning experiences aligned with brand standards.

Based in Dubai, you will oversee budgets, vendors, and learning initiatives, leveraging platforms like Axonify and Adobe to deliver data-driven insights and continuous improvement across F&B, Culinary, Rooms,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Experience across diverse regions and markets.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and content tools.
• Strong MS 365 skills to craft engaging content.
• Ability to translate learning metrics into tangible improvements.

Responsibilities

• Rout Jumeirah’s Vocational Learning Pathways across F&B, Culinary, Rooms, and Spa divisions, ensuring alignment and relevance.
• Develop global dashboards and insights that measure learning engagement, performance, and ROI.
• Be the central link between corporate and property-based L&D teams for governance of global learning initiatives.
• Guide properties in executing learning projects, managing vendors, and maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure learning experiences contribute to Jumeirah’s legacy of excellence.
