Job summary

Jumeirah Group & Corporate in Dubai seeks an Associate Director - Project Services to lead the development and renovation of luxury hotels, ensuring brand standards and premium quality across multiple sites.

You will influence designers, contractors, and owners to deliver on-brand experiences, manage budgets and timelines, and advance design and product standards to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree, MBA or accredited qualifications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with focus on timelines, budgets and quality control.
• Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices and tech relevant to luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated readiness for business travel.
• 6–8 years’ experience in management or technical services within luxury hospitality, retail or high-end residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee the delivery of new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring projects meet luxury brand standards and objectives.
• Influence and negotiate with owners, interior designers, and contractors to reflect brand values and deliver a seamless luxury experience.
• Own and refine brand design guidelines; build partnerships with global vendors and consultants; set and review KPIs for projects and report to senior management.
• Lead on-site project management with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality control.
• Lead the implementation of Jumeirah Design and Product Standards across developments (design, FF&E, operating equipment, and concepts).
• Shape and evolve brand design strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
