Jumeirah Group & Corporate in Dubai seeks an Associate Director - Project Services to lead the development and renovation of luxury hotels, ensuring brand standards and premium quality across multiple sites.

You will influence designers, contractors, and owners to deliver on-brand experiences, manage budgets and timelines, and advance design and product standards to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Master’s degree, MBA or accredited qualifications is an advantage.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with focus on timelines, budgets and quality control.
Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices and tech relevant to luxury hospitality.
Demonstrated readiness for business travel.
6–8 years’ experience in management or technical services within luxury hospitality, retail or high-end residential sectors.

Responsabilités

Drive and oversee the delivery of new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring projects meet luxury brand standards and objectives.
Influence and negotiate with owners, interior designers, and contractors to reflect brand values and deliver a seamless luxury experience.
Own and refine brand design guidelines; build partnerships with global vendors and consultants; set and review KPIs for projects and report to senior management.
Lead on-site project management with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Lead the implementation of Jumeirah Design and Product Standards across developments (design, FF&E, operating equipment, and concepts).
Shape and evolve brand design strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director - Project Servies to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Driver and oversee the delivery of new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring all projects meet the brand's luxury standards and strategic objectives.
Influence and negotiate with owners, interior designers, and contractors to ensure renovations and construction projects reflect the brand’s values and deliver a seamless luxury experience.
Own and continuously refine brand design guidelines, ensuring they reflect evolving strategic priorities and global best practices. Build strategic partnerships with global vendors and consultants, negotiating agreements that deliver innovation and premium quality. Set and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for hotel and branded residential projects, reporting on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
Lead on-site Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budget adherence, and quality control.
Lead the implementation of Jumeirah’s Design and Product Standards across hotel developments, including design, FF&E, operating equipment, and operational concepts.
Shape and evolve ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously evolve the brand’s design strategy and ensure a competitive edge.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, construction management or hospitality is required.
Master’s degree, MBA or accredited professional qualifications is an advantage
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budget adherence, and quality control.
Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements relevant to luxury hospitality.
Demonstrated readiness for business travel
Proven experience (6 to 8 years) in management or technical services roles within the luxury hospitality, retail or high-end residential sector.
