Job summary

Jumeirah Group & Corporate in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Associate Director - Project Services to lead architecture and spatial design for luxury hotels and branded residences. You will oversee new developments and renovations, ensuring brand standards, timelines, and quality align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in management or technical services roles within luxury hospitality or high-end residential sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, construction management or hospitality is desirable.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with timelines, budget adherence, and quality control.
• Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements relevant to luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated readiness for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring projects meet brand standards, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Define, own, and refine brand design guidelines to ensure consistent identity across hotels and branded residences.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across design, development, and operations to strengthen brand positioning and guest experience.
• Influence and negotiate with owners, designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Provide governance on project delivery, including risk management, resource allocation, budget control, and KPI tracking across regions.
• Lead implementation and quality control of design, FF&E, operating equipment, signage, and sustainability standards in line with global best practices.

About the Job

• Lead and oversee new hotel developments and renovations, ensuring all projects meet brand standards, quality, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Define, own, and continuously refine brand design guidelines, ensuring consistent brand identity across hotels and branded residences.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across design, development, and operations to strengthen brand positioning and guest experience.

About You
