Job summary

Jumeirah Burj Al Arab seeks a Director of Wellness to lead an all-encompassing six-pillar wellness strategy for the ultra-luxury Talise launch. You will shape holistic pathways, oversee diverse wellness teams, and align hotel departments to deliver personalized guest experiences across pre-, during, and post-stay touchpoints.

The role demands a decade of leadership in luxury wellness, a proven track record in revenue and retail growth, and the ability to build strategic external partnerships

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality wellness
• Proven ability to design integrated wellness strategies and signature programmes
• Experience leading multicultural teams of therapists, fitness professionals and operational leaders
• Use of guest insight, technology and measurable outcomes to enhance personalization and service quality
• Track record of growing revenue, retail and cross-spend while maintaining high clinical standards
• Experience building external partnerships and innovative wellness propositions is desirable

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a six-pillar wellness strategy (Spa, Gym, Tech, Medicine, Suites, Partnerships) for the Talise launch at Burj Al Arab.
• Design personalized wellness pathways and family/junior wellbeing experiences across stay touchpoints.
• Lead the wellness workforce with accountability and cross-department collaboration.
• Drive business results by meeting KPIs around revenue, profitability, capture rates and guest satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with medical advisers and leverage technology for assessment and recovery tracking.
