Job summary

FAB's Global Markets team in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Corporate Sales professional who can originate and distribute solutions to large UAE corporates, and drive revenue targets while maintaining high standards.

You will leverage deep product knowledge across FX, money market, credit, derivatives and Islamic products, mentor junior members, and collaborate with product, coverage, and enablement teams to execute with compliance.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Financial Markets, Corporate Sales within Global Markets.
• Deep knowledge of Global Market products, risk valuations, XVA pricing, and RAROC.
• Established UAE-based corporate client network.
• Proven direct customer support and client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and distribute Global Markets solutions to key clients in Corporate Banking to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through regular engagement and thought leadership.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with GM product, Coverage, and enablement teams for high-quality execution.
• Optimize customer flow activity and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide multi-asset class coverage including FX, Money Market, Credit, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Islamic Products.
• Manage and mentor assigned interns, graduates, or team members.
