• Define and lead strategy for long-term delivery of working capital for cash and trade clients
• Identify and develop cash and trade business opportunities across UAE industries
• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive cash and trade sales and revenue targets
• Structure cash and trade deals, respond to RFPs and provide technical expertise to relationship managers
• Manage fraud and compliance risks in cash and trade solutions
• Drive digital channel adoption and CASA growth
• Build pipeline with coverage teams and maintain stakeholder relationships across the network
