First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior Transactions Banking professional to lead structuring and growth of Cash and Trade solutions for corporate clients in the UAE. You will collaborate with WBG Coverage, Product Management and Channel teams to deliver bespoke financial solutions and drive profitability.

The role emphasizes client origination, strategic deal structuring and risk-aware execution across cross-functional teams within FAB’s network.

Competenze

10+ years Transaction Banking experience with expertise in Cash Management and Trade Finance.
Experience originating and developing client relationships within corporate segments.
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements in financial services.

Mansioni

Define and lead strategy for long-term delivery of working capital and cash/trade solutions.
Identify opportunities to grow Cash and Trade business across UAE client base.
Develop bespoke open account solutions and risk-managed transaction structures.
Collaborate with coverage teams to drive revenue and build a robust pipeline.
Provide technical advisory to relationship managers and ensure high client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with Credit/Compliance/Operational risk frameworks.
