Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior Transaction Banking professional to lead GTx solutions for Sovereign Wealth Funds and Financial Sponsors in the UAE. You will drive strategy, structure complex cash and trade facilities, and partner with coverage teams to win mandates while managing risk and client relationships.

You will oversee cross‑regional collaboration, develop profitable pipelines, and ensure best‑in‑class service through innovative open account solutions and digital channels

Qualifications

12+ years of Transaction Banking experience with specialized knowledge in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management and Core Trade Finance.
Experience in origination, developing client relationships and leading teams to grow TB revenue.
Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute and refresh sales strategy for the SWF portfolio.
Structure and propose Cash & Trade solutions; respond to RFPs.
Lead cross-functional teams to grow TB business in the UAE.
Maintain governance and risk controls in TB solutions and client engagements.
Collaborate across regional teams to expand market share and pipeline.
