First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks an experienced Transaction Banking lead to drive growth across cash and trade for corporate clients in the UAE. You will collaborate with WBG Coverage, GTx Product Management and GTx Channel teams to structure solutions and manage a regional client portfolio.

The role demands a senior professional with a track record in origination, client relationships, and delivering complex trade and cash management deals, while ensuring risk and compliance standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years Transaction Banking experience with specialized knowledge in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management, Core Trade Finance and Value added trade.
• Experience in Origination and Developing Client Relationships.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the strategy for achieving long-term results for delivery of working capital for cash and trade clients.
• Identify and develop Cash and Trade business opportunities and profitability in various industries across the UAE.
• Drive Cash and Trade product growth with coverage teams in UAE.
• Develop and manage an active Cash & Trade pipeline with stakeholders to close mandates.
• Structure bespoke Cash & Trade solutions and respond to RFPs with technical expertise.
