The successful candidate will lead our kitchen team with creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for preparing high quality meals with fresh ingredients. Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared according to approved recipes with fresh ingredients of high quality standards.
  • Manage stock levels in the kitchen by ensuring that all orders are placed on time and accurately received from suppliers.
  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
