About The Role

We are looking for a smart, driven, high-energy junior professional to work directly with the founder. This is not a routine admin job. You will be exposed to clients, meetings, decision-making, and operations from day one.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take responsibility, and grow into an Operations Manager role.

What Will You Do
  • Attend meetings with the founder and take action points
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and coordination
  • Communicate with clients professionally (email, calls, WhatsApp)
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and documents
  • Handle new tasks that may not have clear instructions (you will learn how to figure things out)
Who Are We Looking For
  • 1–2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong English communication (spoken & written)
  • Confident, curious, and willing to learn
  • Organized but comfortable in a fast-changing environment
  • Not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
  • Hungry to grow, not just “do a job”
