Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a customer success specialist to build long-term relationships with a premium user base and resolve daily and complex requests.

You will manage emails, chats, and calls, use AI and automation to streamline tasks, and provide product insights to help the team shape the customer journey. Fluency in English (B2+) and 2+ years in relevant roles are expected. Evening shifts (16:00-00:00) on a 5/2 schedule are required.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, sales, or customer success.
• Experience with premium/VIP or high-value clients is highly valued.
• Ability to write personalized, engaging communications.
• Ability to work evening shifts (16:00-00:00) on a 5/2 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with a premium user base.
• Provide end-to-end user support, resolving daily requests and complex cases.
• Manage communication via email, online chats, and calls.
