Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Aftersales Key Account Manager to lead fleet accounts across government, taxi, rental, leasing, and corporate sectors in Dubai. You will deliver high-quality aftersales support for EV/HEV technologies, drive retention, and coordinate service operations to minimize downtime.

The role focuses on developing long-term client relationships, promoting service contracts, and expanding aftersales revenue with major fleet operators in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Automotive, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, fleet account management, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with fleet operators, government organisations, leasing or rental companies.
• Knowledge of EV, PHEV, REEV technologies is desirable.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary aftersales contact for key fleet customers across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, corporate, taxi, rental, and leasing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable aftersales solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and fleet retention.
• Monitor service delivery and coordinate with service centres to resolve concerns.
• Manage breakdown, repair, recall, and vehicle-off-road cases.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure timely return to service.
• Coordinate with bodyshop teams for efficient accident repair support.
• Promote service contracts and maintenance packages to increase revenue.
• Support development of customised maintenance solutions for major fleet operators.
• Monitor account performance and suggest improvements.
