Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a seasoned B2B Aftersales Manager in Dubai to lead fleet aftersales for BYD, DENZA, YANGWANG and Polestar. You will own the growth strategy, profitability and customer experience for corporate and SME accounts.

You will develop service contracts, warranties and other aftersales solutions, while aligning SLAs and forecasts with internal partners. Strong leadership and EV technology knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive aftersales, UAE fleet experience.
• Deep knowledge of dealership and leasing‑company aftersales operations.
• Experience with EV, PHEV platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fleet aftersales activities and deliver the business plan, growth strategy and P&L for the function.
• Develop service contracts, extended-warranty programmes and other aftersales solutions.
• Build relationships with corporate and SME fleet customers through visits, reviews and support.
• Align SLAs, capacity plans, parts availability and demand forecasts with Aftersales and partners.
• Manage fleet aftersales dashboards and KPIs to monitor service penetration and profitability.
• Coordinate breakdown, accident-repair, warranty-recall and technical support to minimise downtime.
• Support Fleet Sales with aftersales propositions and TCO insights.
• Provide EV and PHEV training to key account customers and track market insights.
• Engage OEM partners to advance fleet dashboards and telematics.
