Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai is hiring a Key Account Manager - Fleet Aftersales to lead strategic fleet relationships with government and commercial clients, coordinating service centers and technical specialists to minimise downtime. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive aftersales or fleet management, knows EV/PHEV/REEV service needs, and holds a relevant degree.

UAE driving license preferred. This role offers the opportunity to drive service contracts and maintenance programs across the UAE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Automotive or related field.
Minimum five years in automotive aftersales or fleet account management.
Experience with government entities or corporate fleets preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage strategic fleet relationships across government and commercial sectors.
Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction across the UAE network.
Coordinate breakdowns, repairs, recalls and vehicle-off-road cases.
Promote service contracts, maintenance packages and aftersales solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve account retention and revenue.
Support the B2B Aftersales Manager in developing customised maintenance solutions.
