Job summary

AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager – Fleet Sales to lead strategic fleet and corporate accounts for Audi and Volkswagen Passenger Cars across the UAE, aligned with AVME standards and fleet strategy.

You will identify new fleet opportunities, nurture relationships with procurement and fleet managers, prepare commercial proposals, and coordinate with Finance and Aftersales to deliver premium mobility solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related discipline; UAE driving licence required.
3–5 years of UAE automotive fleet, corporate or key account sales experience.
Experience managing fleet tenders, commercial proposals and complex negotiations.
Knowledge of the UAE automotive fleet market and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new fleet sales opportunities across corporate, government, leasing, rental and other strategic fleet segments.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and fleet managers within assigned accounts.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and presentations covering vehicle specifications, pricing and financing solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery and aftersales coordination.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
