Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the BYD Retail Customer Service setup and performance.
• Enhance the BYD Value Chain with product solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations to mitigate risks.
• Conduct Monthly Financial Reviews (MFRs) to optimize branch profitability.
