Fleet customers depend on responsive maintenance coordination to keep vehicles available for daily commercial operations. The Key Account Manager will connect customers with service centres, bodyshop teams and technical specialists. Effective case management will reduce vehicle downtime, improve retention and create opportunities for tailored maintenance programmes and additional aftersales revenue.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Automotive or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of experience in automotive aftersales, fleet account management, or another customer‑facing automotive position is required. Applicants should have worked with government entities, fleet operators, leasing companies, rental businesses, taxi operators or similar corporate accounts. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and aftersales service operations is essential. Previous exposure to electric vehicles or new energy vehicles is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while a valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
