AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY / BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES

• Thoroughly analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for various project components.
• Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimation.
• Maintain a cost database for efficient analysis and reporting.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)
• Proven track record of successfully completing major projects with reputable clients
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in joinery/fit out in a well-established organization
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the UAE
