Job summary

CYBERIA Group of Companies seeks a senior Enterprise Sales professional to grow our UAE presence across finance, telecom, and government sectors. You will own discovery calls, run tailored product demos, and guide clients through PoCs.

Collaborating with our global team, you will refine market strategy and product positioning, keep an accurate pipeline, and help lay the groundwork for a local sales and presales team as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales with a track record in fintech, SaaS, AI/ML, or compliance tech is a plus.
• Experience with mid-to-large tech companies, AI startups, or enterprise consultancies.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts or own a regional sales territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; English fluency preferred.
