Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Manager in Dubai to lead new business development for our Infrastructure & Cybersecurity practice across the UAE and wider GCC. This founding sales hire will own the sales motion from prospecting through close, build the early pipeline, and collaborate with delivery leadership to shape winning proposals.

The ideal candidate is a hunter with a strong UAE network, fluent in English (Arabic a bonus), and deeply knowledgeable about cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years sales experience with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or related IT security solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in UAE/GCC.
• Existing network with CISOs, IT Directors, and procurement/security decision-makers across UAE mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains: MSS, IAM/PAM/SSO, cloud security, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPL.
• Experience selling through or with security OEMs/vendors (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike).
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• UAE market experience is required; residency/work eligibility preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for cybersecurity offerings (MSS, Advisory, Compliance, Offensive Security).
• Build and manage a pipeline of net-new logos across UAE and GCC, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Develop account-based sales strategies with VP Infrastructure & Cybersecurity and pre-sales teams.
• Represent Elfonze at industry events to build brand presence and generate leads.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to scope solutions, proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Build and nurture relationships with security OEM/ISV partners to unlock co-sell opportunities.
• Own revenue targets and forecasting; report on pipeline health, win rates, and velocity.
• Mentor junior sales resources as the team grows; stay updated on UAE regulatory landscape.
