A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative in Dubai. This role focuses on enterprise sales to motor insurance companies across the GCC. The ideal candidate will support account development, generate leads, and assist in building proposals. Strong knowledge of the motor insurance lifecycle, coupled with sales skills and the ability to conduct detailed market research, is essential. This is a vital role that combines support and collaboration with a path to higher sales positions.
We are seeking a sharp, execution-oriented Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to support enterprise sales into motor insurance companies across the GCC. This role is designed to partner closely with a Key Enterprise Account Manager, owning the heavy groundwork required to win complex enterprise deals — including account research, enterprise lead generation, proposal development, stakeholder mapping, and deal preparation. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end motor insurance lifecycle, understands how insurers operate internally, and is comfortable working across long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers. This is not a pure hunting role. It is a deal-enablement role for someone who enjoys making enterprise deals move faster and close cleaner.
Assist in building enterprise-grade proposals, RFP responses, and commercial documentation. Support deal structuring, pricing inputs, and solution positioning for large insurers. Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and tailored value propositions for each account.
Leverage deep understanding of the motor insurance lifecycle: policy issuance, endorsements, FNOL, claims management, repair & garage workflows, settlement and recoveries. Translate insurer pain points into clear problem statements for solution alignment.
Work closely with Product and Solution teams to align proposals with insurer requirements. Provide field-level insights on insurer needs, objections, and buying behavior. Support post-meeting follow-ups, action tracking, and momentum management.
This role is: Enterprise-focused, insurance-domain heavy, deal-support + account development, a stepping stone to Enterprise Account Manager or Strategic Sales roles.
This role is NOT: A pure cold-calling SDR role, a solo hunter role, a generic business development position.
