Job summary

Blue Ocean Academy is seeking a results-driven telesales professional in Dubai to promote our training programs. You will handle outbound calls, follow up on leads, and drive enrollments while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering accurate information about courses and schedules.

You will act as the main point of contact, tailoring your approach to client needs, researching their training requirements, and leveraging market insights to suggest course improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Training Industry background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and target achievement history.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote courses and services.
• Follow up on leads from marketing channels to convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Develop and maintain relationships, addressing questions about training programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules and benefits to match client needs.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
• Research training needs to tailor the sales approach for each client.
• Identify opportunities to enhance course offerings based on feedback and trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
