Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Emirati Engineer specializing in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In this fulltime role, you will design and oversee MEP systems for large construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 4 years of MEP engineering experience, and proficiency in CAD software. This position does not support remote work and requires compliance with local building regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably with large‑scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP software.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Engineer specializing in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an MEP Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and overseeing MEP systems for large‑scale construction projects throughout the UAE.

• Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems for commercial and residential projects
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
• Utilize advanced CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create detailed MEP plans and specifications
• Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations and industry standards
• Manage MEP project timelines, budgets and resources effectively
• Conduct site visits to oversee MEP system installations and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and documentation for clients and project teams
• Stay updated on the latest MEP technologies, energy‑efficient solutions and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably with large‑scale commercial or residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP or similar CAD software
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy modeling software
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems design, integration and energy‑efficient practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
