Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager (IT Client Services) in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) to lead client relationships and drive farming across Energy, Services and Government sectors.

You will guide proposal development, pricing and MSAs, while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and target attainment.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management at the CXO level, and a proven track record of growing existing accounts within the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Track-record of farming business solutions and client management
• Strong business development and account management
• Experience with C / C-1 level client contacts
• Understanding Global Delivery Model and IT service industry
• Experience managing multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Leadership and communication skills
• Experience with UAE Oil & Gas and Government entities

Responsibilities

• Farming business solutions and managing key client relationships across sectors
• Manage relationships with CXOs and key client personnel
• Sell concepts and influence award of business
• Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies
• Review sales/pursuit plans to ensure targets
• Lead pricing, MSAs, and contract negotiations with clients
• Collaborate with product/service vendors and ensure account hygiene
• Create proposals and inform Infosys offerings to prospects
• Coordinate with delivery on staffing and issue handling
