Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic engagement with major UAE utilities. You will shape account strategies, align investments with energy-transition priorities, and coordinate across Siemens Energy’s business areas to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication skills in English (Arabic a plus), and a proven track record in growing large customer pipelines within the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in strategic account management or business development in energy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Understand customers’ business strategies, investment priorities and challenges.
• Lead early engagement for upcoming projects and infrastructure developments.
• Collaborate with Siemens Energy’s Business Areas to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings and customer workshops.
• Identify customer challenges and drive effective solutions to strengthen satisfaction.
