Wood Mackenzie in Dubai seeks a Director to lead Strategic Accounts across UAE and Oman, driving growth with government bodies, NOCs, ministries and local customers. You will own the consulting footprint and supervise the UAE consulting team, mentoring talent and delivering high-impact client engagements.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in energy consulting or leadership, with proven ability to close multi-hundred-thousand dollar engagements and navigate public sector procurement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or leadership within energy sectors.
• Experience selling consulting projects in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for strategic government and NOC accounts in UAE and Oman; be the Wood Mackenzie lead for ADNOC.
• Build and execute account strategies to grow revenues with public sector clients.
• Mentor UAE-based consultants and lead regional talent development.
• Shape regional offerings and contribute to global Strategic Accounts leadership.
• Represent Wood Mackenzie in industry forums and government engagements.
