Job summary

Mark Williams Recruitment is seeking a People Operations & Employee Experience Manager for a leading UAE organisation. The role covers onboarding, engagement, HR operations, immigration and benefits, using data to improve the employee journey.

You will partner with managers and senior stakeholders across the business and drive initiatives to enhance culture, wellbeing and retention with a focus on employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience across people operations, employee experience and employee relations.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle in a complex/fast-paced organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment, immigration, visa, work permit and health insurance processes.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations with discretion and sound judgement.
• Experience with HR systems and producing workforce reports/dashboards.
• Experience in multi-entity/regional or international organisations is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; detail-oriented and organised.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, immigration and benefits administration.
• Own end-to-end employee journey from pre-joining to exit.
• Develop structured onboarding and induction programmes linked to probation milestones.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into initiatives to improve experience and culture.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, culture and retention programs.
• Coordinate listening activities and translate results into actions.
• Support internal communications, events and programmes to strengthen organisational culture.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, workplace issues and employee relations.
