Client of Mark Williams is seeking an experienced HR professional to own the end-to-end employee journey from pre-joining to exit, developing robust onboarding, and driving initiatives across engagement, wellbeing and culture within a UAE-based organisation.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage sensitive employee relations, oversee visa and health insurance processes, and lead HR projects to improve efficiency and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in HR, business or psychology or related field.
• 7+ years in progressive HR roles with experience in people operations, employee experience and employee relations.
• Experience handling lifecycle processes in fast-paced organisations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment, immigration, visa and health insurance processes.
• Experience delivering engagement, culture or recognition initiatives.
• Discretion and sound judgment in sensitive employee relations matters.
• Experience with HR systems and workforce reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity or regional organisations is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-level communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in improving employee experience and HR service efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve end-to-end employee journey from pre-joining through onboarding and exit.
• Develop structured onboarding and induction programmes for effective integration.
• Partner with hiring managers to set onboarding plans, expectations and probation milestones.
• Gather feedback from new and existing employees to enhance experience.
• Deliver initiatives on engagement, recognition, wellbeing, culture and retention.
• Coordinate employee listening activities and translate findings into actions.
• Support internal people communications and employee events to strengthen culture.
• Guide employees and managers on HR policies and workplace issues.
• Manage employee relations cases including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee lifecycle processes: promotions, transfers, confirmations, changes and departures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; ensure policy consistency.
• Oversee visa, residency and immigration processes and renewals.
• Manage health insurance administration including enrolments and queries.
• Maintain compliance trackers and proactive documentation management.
• Liaise with authorities, insurers and partners for timely processing.
• Develop dashboards on headcount, turnover, onboarding, engagement and relations.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes via tech and automation.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects improving efficiency and employee experience.
• Review and enhance HR processes, templates and service standards.
