Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the organisation's HR function across blue- and white-collar staff in the UAE. You will manage end-to-end HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding while driving employee relations and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing both blue- and white-collar workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Hands-on, commercially minded with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organisation for blue- and white-collar staff.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, movements, and offboarding.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce requirements and people-related matters.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and workplace concerns fairly.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives and ensure UAE regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR policies and processes.
• Oversee HR administration, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, records, benefits, reporting.
• Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive performance management, engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR insights to senior management on workforce planning and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
