Job summary

Justlife Home Services is hiring an HR Generalist to support People & Culture in Dubai. This hands‑on role spans the entire team‑member experience—from office operations and engagement to recruitment, visas and benefits, with a data‑driven approach.

You will own the integrity of people data, ensure UAE labour law compliance, and continuously look for automation to improve speed and quality of service for colleagues across offices and remote workers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years across HR operations, office management, or people ops.
• Hands-on with an HRIS like BambooHR (or similar).
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law and DMCC processes.
• Bachelor's degree, or the practical experience that makes one unnecessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive team‑member experience by handling everyday HR touchpoints quickly and warmly.
• Manage office operations across locations and liaise with building management.
• Design engagement moments for a multinational and remote team.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment communications.
• Guide visa processing and ensure DMCC/UAE compliance.
• Administer health insurance and wider benefits program.
