Job summary

Extend Global Consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR service delivery for client-assigned employees in the UAE, initially supporting operations in the UAE's fast-paced markets. The role is hands-on and client-facing, combining employee relations, HR administration, workforce management and regional HR support.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years HR experience, including 3+ years in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations and terminations.
• Onboarding, offboarding, attendance and payroll coordination.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to visit client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations including records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, documentation, work permits, insurance, and settlements.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, clients, and local partners.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and internal HR procedures.
• Provide on-site HR support at client locations in Dubai and support regional HR ops.

About the Opportunity

Extend Global is a global workforce solutions provider specializing in Employer of Record (EOR), international payroll and HR services. We re seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR service delivery for client-assigned employees in the UAE initially supporting operations in the autonomous vehicle industry. This hands-on client-facing role combines employee relations, HR administration, workforce management and regional HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations employee records attendance leave and payroll inputs
• Handle employee relations grievances performance issues disciplinary processes and terminations
• Coordinate onboarding offboarding employment documentation work permits insurance and final settlements
• Serve as a key contact for employees clients and local employment partners
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and internal HR procedures
• Provide on-site HR support at client locations in Dubai
• Support regional HR operations and develop standardized HR SOPs and procedures

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and local HR practices.
• Proven experience handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and employment terminations.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and attend client sites as required.
• Preferred: Experience in EOR, staffing, workforce outsourcing, logistics, transportation, or multi-country HR operations.
• Arabic skills, CIPD/SHRM certification, and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
