Job summary

Burj Line Builders in the UAE seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR and administration function, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and Emirates ID processes, WPS and insurance requirements.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience for white- and blue-collar staff.
• Hands-on with ERP/HRIS (Oracle ERP preferred) and payroll coordination.
• Experience supporting ISO or similar compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and workforce roles.
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, visas, contracts and files.
• Manage attendance/leave, payroll coordination, and ERP data accuracy.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes and wellbeing.
• Support performance management, training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and ISO/audit readiness.
• Track HR metrics and provide analytics for process improvements.
