Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions professionally and courteously.
• Assist with routine product, service, order and account inquiries.
• Provide accurate information using approved company resources.
• Guide customers through standard processes and next steps.
• Resolve routine problems within assigned responsibilities.
• Escalate issues requiring specialized assistance when needed.
• Create and update customer support tickets and maintain case notes.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain timely updates.
