Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Renewal Specialist in Dubai to retain renewal revenue across a large customer base. You will work with Account Directors, Customer Success, Channel Partners and Leadership to renew and retain business in your territory.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales-related roles, experience in a competitive SaaS environment, and a track record of success. Arabic and English fluency are required for this role in a global renewals organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience including Inside Sales Outside Sales Account Management or Customer Success
• Experience in a competitive sales-driven environment
• Track record of success and high achievement
• SaaS or High Tech sales experience is preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic in professional environments

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 200 customer accounts for renewal and retention, ensuring satisfaction and renewal of contracts
• Meet or exceed assigned renewal revenue targets
• Negotiate, protect and grow the renewal revenue within the assigned territory
• Drive on-time and accurate renewals following internal processes
• Maintain consistent and accurate deal progression updates from Quote to Close
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external teams to achieve outcomes
