Job summary

Meltwater is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our Dubai office. You will drive adoption of Meltwater solutions, support renewals, and help customers achieve value. A minimum of 3 years in account management or customer success is preferred, with strong English and Arabic communication skills.

You will work on-site in Dubai, coordinating with Renewal and Account Managers to optimize customer outcomes and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in account management or customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Renewal and Account Managers to align customer needs.
• Provide guidance to ensure adoption of Meltwater solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with accounts.
