Qualifications

• 6 years of technical support and solution design experience ideally in ELV, CCTV, or security systems.
• Strong expertise in network architecture and system integration.
• Experience conducting technical discovery calls and site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives for technical discovery and site assessments.
• Design integrated physical security solutions with a focus on CCTV.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
