Job summary

Cosurger Global Partners is seeking an Operations Manager for a Private Estate (UHNWI) located in Dubai Hills. The role requires a polished, discreet professional to oversee elite estate operations and coordinate with in-house teams.

Responsibilities include maintenance scheduling, contractor management, reports, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Russian and English fluency are mandatory, with travel flexibility and a live-out arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UHNW household, private estate, 5‑star hotel or similar.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English (mandatory).
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
• Impeccable personal grooming and keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day upkeep of estate properties to the highest standard.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling and prioritize all requests.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to keep work on time and on budget.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
• Write and update maintenance reports, procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Butler, Kitchen and Maintenance teams for seamless operations.
• Handle stock-taking, inventories and deliveries.
• Look after the family’s dogs including walking schedules, grooming, health records and vet visits.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, fire safety and incident reporting procedures.
