Tiger Recruitment seeks an experienced Private PA / House Manager to support a UHNW private household in Dubai. You will oversee all household operations and family support, coordinating staff, travel, and events with discretion and excellence.

The role requires top-tier hotel/private household background, superb English, strong organisational skills, and a warm, proactive persona. Accountability, calmness, and a can-do attitude are essential when caring for children and arranging complex

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English (essential).
• Highly computer literate, with confidence using spreadsheets and everyday digital tools.
• Background in top-tier 5-star hotels (butler/guest relations/operations) or UHNW private households.
• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Naturally warm personality with a genuine “can-do” attitude.
• Comfortable working around children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all household operations and staff.
• Coordinate visa/medical insurance processes for household staff and PROs.
• Ensure employment practices align with UAE regulations.
• Take responsibility for the property when principals are away.
• Book and coordinate international travel, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Manage social calendars, reservations, and events for the family.
• Maintain household records, inventories, and basic budgets.
