Job summary

Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions LLP seeks a seasoned House Manager to oversee daily household operations, staff leadership, and ensure top-tier service for the Principal family in Dubai.

You will manage VIP guest services, property and vendor relationships, events, budgets, security, and travel across multiple residences with discretion and meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential to communicate with staff and guests at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Butler Service, Luxury Hospitality, Household Management, Estate Management, or Private Service are advantageous.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, private residence management, or UHNI environments.
• Proven experience managing large private residences or multiple properties with seamless operations and service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; multicultural team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong English proficiency; discretion and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service and comfort.
• Lead and supervise household staff including housekeeping, butlers, chefs, drivers, security, and support personnel.
• Anticipate and manage principal family preferences, bookings, concierge services and travel arrangements.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor contracts, and asset management with confidentiality and compliance.
• Plan and execute private dinners, family gatherings and VIP events with flawless coordination.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, inventories, invoices and contracts; drive cost efficiency while maintaining premium service.
• Ensure security protocols, health and safety compliance, privacy, and discretion across all operations.
• Coordinate travel and multi-residence service continuity, inventory controls and service standards.
• Communicate evolve roles and additional duties as required by the Principal family office.
