Cosurger Global Partners is seeking an Operations Manager for a Private Estate (UHNWI) located in Dubai Hills. The role requires a polished, discreet professional to oversee elite estate operations and coordinate with in-house teams.

Responsibilities include maintenance scheduling, contractor management, reports, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Russian and English fluency are mandatory, with travel flexibility and a live-out arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UHNW household, private estate, 5‑star hotel or similar.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English (mandatory).
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
• Impeccable personal grooming and keen eye for detail.

• Look after the family’s dogs including walking schedules, grooming, health records and vet visits.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, fire safety and incident reporting procedures.

Cosurger Global Partners is hiring an exceptional Operations Manager to support the running of a private estate for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family. This role calls for a polished, discreet professional who delivers the highest standard of service without being intrusive.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the estate properties to the highest standard
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling and prioritize all maintenance requests
• Book, supervise and follow up on external contractors and service providers (repairs, renovations, landscaping, specialist trades), keeping work on time, on budget and with minimal disruption
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians
• Write and update maintenance reports, procedures and documentation
• Coordinate with the Butler, Kitchen and Maintenance teams so operations run seamlessly
• Handle stock-taking, inventories and receiving deliveries
• Look after the family’s dogs, including walking schedules, grooming, health records, treatments and vet visits
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, fire safety and incident reporting procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UHNW household, private estate, 5-star hotel or similar
• Fluent written and spoken Russianand English (mandatory)
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality
• A sharp eye for detail and impeccable personal grooming
• Good general fitness
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays at short notice
• Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
• Open to occasional international travel
