Job summary

Want More in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee daily operations of a large household. This live-in role requires strong organizational skills, staff oversight, and budget management in a high-end setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, event coordination, inventory control, vendor liaison, and ensuring security and confidentiality. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Accommodation is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a house manager or in a similar high-end household.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and record-keeping.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations, manage staff schedules and coordinate events.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment, place orders when needed.
• Manage household budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of appliances.
• Supervise domestic staff including housekeepers, gardeners, drivers, etc.
• Handle household accounts such as bills and financial records.
• Ensure security measures are implemented to protect the household.
• Plan menus for meals and oversee meal preparation.
• Liaise between family members and staff to ensure open communication.
