This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience with discretion, market insight, and professional presentation. It is commission-based with uncapped earnings, supported by strong branding and marketing

Qualifikationen

• Previous client-facing or sales experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability.
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Valid driving licence.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proactive, confident, and adaptable personality.
• Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on the buying and selling of prime and super-prime residential properties.
• Manage property viewings, negotiations, and successful transactions.
• Develop long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, investors, and homeowners.
• Provide expert insight into Dubai’s luxury sales market.
• Deliver a seamless client experience from first contact to completion.
• Maintain strong follow-up with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Represent LuxuryProperty.com with professionalism, discretion, and market expertise.
