Job summary

Morgan & Mallet International is seeking a House Manager (M/F) for a private residence in Emirates Hills, Dubai. A discerning family relocating to Dubai in September requires an experienced, professional, and highly organised individual to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of their home.

Start date is November 2026. You will lead the household team, manage staff rosters, budgets, and procurement, coordinate travel and guest logistics, and liaise with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a House Manager or similar role.
• Private UHNW household experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and polished presentation.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations across the property.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards at all times.
• Create and manage cleaning, maintenance, and staff schedules.
• Implement systems and routines for efficient household management.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the household team.
• Delegate daily duties and monitor performance.
• Coordinate family schedules, appointments, and household logistics.
• Prepare the home for guests, events, and family arrivals.
• Liaise with schools, tutors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with travel planning and staff travel arrangements.
• Manage household budgets and petty cash.
• Track expenses and procurement.
• Maintain household inventories.
• Create reports, manuals, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance.
